There may be times when you need to return your showroom or online purchase. Our Shipping and Returns Policy is designed to assist you in returning your product.
We ship to most places. However, there are restrictions on some items, and some products cannot be shipped to remote locations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options.
Change of Mind
Office Warehouse does not normally offer a refund where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. We recommend you carefully preview any orders/products before adding them to your shopping cart or while in store before proceeding with your order. In case of a change of mind request, please contact us to discuss further.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately to let us know. We will only accept notifications of goods damaged in transit within 24 hours of delivery.
Office Warehouse will inform you of the procedure in which to make a claim, and what supporting information may be required to process the claim. Office Warehouse does not accept any liability against transit damage, and replacement goods can only be provided once your claim has been accepted by the courier company.
Consumer Guarantees and Warranty
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have guaranteed legal rights for goods and services you purchase. These are called consumer guarantees.
All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
Customers are required to return the defective product to the place of purchase at their expense for repair. However, in certain circumstances Office Warehouse may agree to conduct repairs at the customer premises. Office Warehouse will examine the product and decide if it is covered under this warranty. Office Warehouse will then, at its choice, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product.
In these cases, Office Warehouse will be responsible for the costs of repairs, spare parts, labour and travel for repair staff that Office Warehouse incurs, provided that the product is accessible for repair without Office Warehouse incurring additional expenditure to gain access. This will not apply in cases where repair work has not been authorised by Office Warehouse. Any defective parts removed in the course of repair works will become the property of Office Warehouse. If the item is no longer sold by Office Warehouse, Office Warehouse will provide an appropriate replacement. Office Warehouse will decide at its discretion, what will constitute an appropriate replacement.
There may be circumstances where you are not entitled to a remedy.

Refunds
Once a refund has been accepted by Office Warehouse, the refund will normally be processed within 3 days. Refunds can only be made via the same payment method as the original method of payment.
